Zach Wetzel is the Music Program Director at BASIS Oro Valley. He has provided kids music direction for 100+ projects at many theaters including Live Theatre Workshop, Saguaro City Music Theatre, and The Phoenix Theatre Company. Favorite projects at The Phoenix Theatre Company include: DESCENDANTS, ZOMBIES, and WILLY WONKA (Kids MD). Notable performing credits: Mr. Wormwood (MATILDA) and The Cat (SEUSSICAL) with Saguaro City Music Theatre; Sid Sorokin (THE PAJAMA GAME), Nathan Detroit (GUYS AND DOLLS), and J Bruce Ismay (TITANIC: THE MUSICAL) with MTAA; Michael (TICK TICK BOOM) with Winding Road Theater; and Featured Soloist (TROUBADOUR CAFE) with The Phoenix Third Street Theatre. Zach holds a BM in vocal performance from Brigham Young University.
